RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If for some reason your item(s) do not work out, you can return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your purchase for refund or exchange. Goods must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging (if any), and received back to us in the same condition that you received them to qualify for return/exchange.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DEDUCTIONS AND/OR EXCLUSIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
• We do not offer refunds or exchange credit for original shipping charges.
• If you purchase an item listed with Free Shipping, our actual original shipping costs will be deducted from your return credit. For small/light items, this is typically $10-$40+. For small and medium heavier items such as wood planters, parats, and side tables, this can range from $75-$250+. For large and/or heavy items such as medium to large furniture pieces, this cost can be significant ($500-$700+/item). For example, if you ordered a dining table for $2400 with Free Shipping, it may have cost us $550 to ship the item to you. In this instance, if you returned the dining table to us in original condition, you would receive $1850 back ($2400 minus $550) once it was received at our warehouse.
• Discounted, custom items, and bedding are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• The customer is responsible for any return packaging and shipping costs.
• Rugs, pillows, lamps, upholstery, and dining chairs will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Please inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive them. Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will submit a claim with the carrier on your behalf, which will require photos of the item and packaging. It is very important that you keep the item and ALL packaging materials until your claim is resolved. Failure to do so could result in denial of your claim.
MEASUREMENTS
Please ensure to measure properly prior to placing your order, including measuring the delivery path for fit. The customer takes full responsibility for final measurements and ensuring items fit the space. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Whoops! You accidently ordered something or changed your mind? No problem. We can cancel your order for a full refund within the first 24 hours. Please email us at hello@thejunehouse.com to submit your cancellation request. Requests for cancellation after 24 hours will be subject to our return/exchange policy deductions and exclusions, as shipping may have already been purchased and/or custom orders processed.
