We want you to love your purchase! If for some reason your item(s) do not work out, you can return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your purchase for refund or exchange. Goods must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached, and received back to us in the same condition that you received them to qualify for return/exchange. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DEDUCTIONS AND/OR EXCLUSIONS FOR REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
• We do not offer refunds or exchange credit for original shipping charges.
• Discounted, custom items, and bedding are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• The customer is responsible for any return packaging and shipping costs. Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.
• Rugs, lamps, art, mirrors and furniture items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Please inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive them. Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will submit a claim with the carrier on your behalf, which will require photos of the item and packaging. It is very important that you keep the item and ALL packaging materials until your claim is resolved. Failure to do so could result in denial of your claim.
MEASUREMENTS
Please ensure to measure properly prior to placing your order, including measuring the delivery path for fit. The customer takes full responsibility for final measurements and ensuring items fit the space. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Whoops! You accidently ordered something or changed your mind? No problem. We can cancel your order for a full refund within the first 24 hours. Please email us at hello@thejunehouse.com to submit your cancellation request. Requests for cancellation after 24 hours will be subject to our return/exchange policy deductions and exclusions, as shipping may have already been purchased and/or custom orders processed.
If you order a furniture item, your dedicated delivery concierge will reach out to you within 48 hours after your order to go over the details of your shipment. Due to varying fulfillment availability by state and varying conditions at the delivery site, such as additional sets of stairs, your order may have special shipping requirements. If we are unable to fulfill your order in a timeframe or manner that works for you, you always have the option to receive a full refund upon speaking with your delivery concierge. Once shipping arrangements have been made and agreed upon, our standard refund policy will apply.
