We offer shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately we do not currently offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally.

LEAD AND DELIVERY TIMES

Expedited Shipping: If you need an item quicker than our standard delivery times, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please email us or reach out via our website Live Chat.

Standard Shipping: Most items leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page, and will be shipped via UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground (1-5 days transit time). You will receive a tracking number once your item has been packaged for shipping.

Small Furniture Pieces: Small furniture items leave our warehouse within 7-10 business days. They will either ship via UPS Ground (1-5 days transit time) or be palletized (for heavier and more fragile items) and ship via an LTL Freight Carrier (7-10 days transit time). If a pallet is required to ship your item, it will be delivered to your driveway (if accessible) or curbside, and the trucking company will notify you in advance of the expected delivery window. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been packaged for shipping.

Oversized Items and Large Furniture Pieces: We work with independent trucking companies to deliver large items, which will require an appointment for delivery. They usually leave our warehouse in 7-10 business days, but on rare occasions can take up to 3 weeks, depending on trucking routes coming through Minnesota. Once they leave the warehouse they are usually delivered within a week. We will keep you updated throughout the process, so that you can anticipate your delivery. We can work around your planned vacations and other scheduling concerns with you, if we are made aware of them upon ordering. These items are typically blanket wrapped and hand delivered via threshold delivery (just inside the door on the first floor of your home). While not guaranteed, often our trucking companies are willing to place the furniture piece where you need it on the first floor of your home, as long as there are not stairs or other furniture pieces in the way. If there are stairs or other special considerations at your delivery location, we encourage you to reach out to us via email or the Live Chat feature on our website. We are happy to provide a white glove delivery quote that can accommodate delivery to any floor of your home. ***PLEASE NOTE: If your delivery location has stairs coming into the entry, your delivery may require special accommodations. Please reach out to us to discuss the particulars of your delivery. In some cases (though not always), your delivery may require white glove delivery for stairs, which will be an additional charge.***

Local Delivery: If you live in the greater Minneapolis area, oversized items and large furniture will be delivered via white glove delivery by one of our local delivery partners. They can typically be delivered within 5-7 business days of placing your order and will require an appointment. 

Local Pickup: You can book an appointment to pick up your item from our warehouse in St. Louis Park, MN. There is no charge to pick up from our warehouse and appointments are typically available within 2-4 business days. One of our team members will be available to assist with loading. If it is a large item, you or someone you bring with you will need to help load the item. It is recommended that you bring straps and blankets when picking up large pieces.
