WHERE WE SHIP TO

We offer shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately we do not currently offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally. Delivery to MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, ID, MI, IN, VT and ME may require additional shipping charges for furniture pieces. Your delivery concierge will contact you within 48 hours of your furniture order to confirm shipping details. You always have the option to cancel your order at this point for a full refund if needed.

 

LEAD AND DELIVERY TIMES

Expedited Shipping: If you need an item quicker than our standard delivery times, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please email hello@thejunehouse.com or reach out via our website Live Chat.

 

Small Items: In stock small items typically leave our warehouse in 3-10 business days, and will be shipped via UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground. You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. Items that are not yet in stock will show the timeframe when it is expected at our warehouse on the product page. Please expect it to ship 3-10 business days after that.

 

Small Furniture Pieces: In stock small furniture pieces typically arrive in 2-6 weeks and are shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, or LTL Freight. If a palette is required to ship your item, it will be delivered to your driveway (if accessible) or curbside, and the trucking company will notify you in advance of the expected delivery window. You will receive a tracking number once your item ships. Items that are not yet in stock will show the timeframe when it is expected at our warehouse on the product page. Please expect delivery 2-6 weeks after that.

 

Oversized Items and Large Furniture Pieces: In stock large items typically arrive in 2-6 weeks and include white glove delivery to the room of your choice, which includes one flight of stairs. Items that are not yet in stock will show the timeframe when it is expected at our warehouse on the product page. Please expect delivery 2-6 weeks after that.

 

A Note About Furniture Orders: Your dedicated delivery concierge will reach out to you within 48 hours after your order to go over the details of your shipment. Due to varying fulfillment availability by state and varying conditions at the delivery site, such as additional sets of stairs, your order may have special shipping requirements. If we are unable to fulfill your order in a timeframe or manner that works for you, you always have the option to receive a full refund upon speaking with your delivery concierge. Once shipping arrangements have been made and agreed upon, our standard refund policy will apply.

 

Local Delivery: If you live in the San Diego area, oversized items and large furniture will be delivered via white glove delivery by one of our local delivery partners. They can typically be delivered within 5-7 business days of your items arriving at our showroom and will require an appointment. 

 

Local Pickup: You can book an appointment to pick up your item from our showroom in Carlsbad, CA. Appointments are typically available within 2-4 business days of your items arriving at our showroom and there is no charge for pick up. One of our team members will be available to assist with loading. If it is a large item, you or someone you bring with you will need to help load the item. It is recommended that you bring straps and blankets when picking up large pieces.
