Our Amelie Vitrine is the piece we'd keep if we could only keep one: a pair of vintage teak doors with shaped glass panes, set into a new frame with a curved bonnet top, a scalloped apron, and small cabriole feet, all finished in a soft sun-bleach. Shelves behind the glass hold dishes, books, or a collection you want to see every day, and the French curves make it as much a piece of the room as anything in it. The doors are found pieces, so grain, tone, and wear are unique to this vitrine.
