Flat straps of leather in a warm sequoia brown are woven by hand over a frame of sun-bleached teak, with a double stretcher underneath for strength. At sixty-two inches it works at the foot of a bed or along a dining table, and the leather softens with use. Subtle variations in tone and weave come from the hands that made it.
